1. We shall not be liable for any delay in your beer home delivery if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

2. beer4home.co.uk reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this site and the beer shop after any such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these terms.

3. We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products in the online beer store.

4. It is our policy to ensure that all our beer home delivery goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, therefore it is our policy that we do not exchange any item once delivered.

5. Whilst every effort is made to supply all items listed on this website, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we shall offer a substitute with the same or greater value.

6. In accepting these terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are over the age of eighteen. Our carrier will insist on a signature from an adult of over 18 years of age to complete the delivery. No refund will be considered for orders made by minors.

7. We aim to ensure that the prices shown on our online beer shop are correct. In the event an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

8. We have taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, beer4home.co.uk takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

9. beer4home.co.uk as a UK beer supplier shall not be held liable or responsible for any individual or business for any damage or loss which may have occurred from the use of any product or information contained on this website.

10.Your signature at the point of delivery acknowledges receipt of the goods. Goods will not be left with neighbours unless by prior arrangement.

11. All prices shown in the online beer store on the site include packing & postage (P&P).

12. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address or postal code.

13. In the event that your beer in a box is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. .If the packaging or the products are found to be damaged, you must then sign, "checked and found to be damaged".

14. Although we believe you will be pleased with your beer by post order, there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return your beer polypins. We accept returns and give refunds where the goods have not been opened or damaged. Shipping costs back to the relevant brewery are normally at your expense (except where the goods do not comply with statutory requirements) and we can only credit you upon safe receipt and inspection of the goods into the relevant brewery. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit to you, the damaged goods must be returned to the relevant brewery. Shipping costs for the damaged portion of the delivery back to us is at our expense - customers must contact us to arrange the return shipping.

15. Upon receipt of your beer shop order, you should carefully inspect it to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier's documentation.

16 It is your responsibility to ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the polypins. The re-delivery process can be undertaken twice only,after which our couriers are instructed to return the goods to the relevant brewery.

17. We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part.

18. If your online beer store order is a gift and contains alcohol - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

19 If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID.

20. Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, for purposes other than the viewing of information or to buy real ale online, is strictly prohibited.

21. Permission is granted to use portions of this website for the sole purpose of using the online beer store or using this website as a shopping resource.

22. No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed beer UK delivery.

23. DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE SIGNED AS SUCH ON DELIVERY.
