Dorset Brewing Co Weymouth

Founded in 1996 by an off-beat retired lawyer, Giles Smeath, Dorset Brewing Company formerly the Quay brewery restored an 800 year old cask ale brewing tradition to the Dorset port of Weymouth, situated in the heart of the World Heritage Coastline. The Dorset Brewery is based in historic Brewers Quay, the classic Victorian brewery building that was the site of the former Devenish and Groves Breweries. Approximately 100 pubs sell DBC draught beers on a regular basis. All the draught ales are brewed in a traditional manner with no artificial additives.
