Know your draught ale facts

Draught cask beer is a live product that is unfiltered and which requires a period of time to reach "condition" (ferment) and then to "fine" (clear) before it is ready to pour. All our mail order draught beers will arrive to you "cask conditioned" (including sediment) and will require at least 24 hours undisturbed settling time. Kept in ideal conditions your draught beer in a box can remain perfect for weeks.
